Everything was perfectly lovely; the food, atmosphere and the host. A work of art.

My Partner and I went there in October 2011 for our island trip in San Juan and we spotted Dragonfly Inn on the net and decided to pick and stay there. Linda and Rob were great pepole and suggested us lots of great suggestions of Friday Harbour, the Japansese style inn was very refreshing.Will plan next trip and likely to stay again there.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and beautiful. It was a great place to relax and very close to both Friday and Roche Harbour. Linda was a great hostess, with lots of great suggestions of restaurants and activities. We could see deer from our room, and had cable plus lots of movies to chose from. We highly recommend it for anyone!

The beauty of this place is it's solitude and luxury. No children and no pets and not in the city is what makes this place so wonderful. While the inn is located in a wooded environment, San Juan Island is a small place, so nothing is far away. Architecturally, the Japanese-style inn is a refreshing change to anything previously experienced. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The bathroom, shower, and hot tub are worth the visit alone. Our hostess, Linda, was always available and willing to provide information about local sites and restaurants. In addition, she cooked great gourmet breakfasts during our 3-day stay there.
