This month I had my second visit to Robindale and had a warm welcome on my return.
Robindale is tucked away in a lovley quiet location with easy access to the city centre and local attractions by car. The place is just so peaceful and lovely it was a pleasure to return. The bed is the most comfy I have ever stayed in away from home and the view from the window is so beautiful - it's like being right out into the country there even though it's so close to Lincoln.
I should mention that every attention to detail is met here at Robindale - the owner Viv brought us tea and cake to welcome us from our weary journey which was most appreciated. Viv is very happy to offer fresh milk for your room to make tea which is a lovley touch as its much nicer than those little sackets you get everywhere these days. Each day we were there the room was freshly made up on our return. Viv also reccommended a really lovely pub for us to eat at as we hadn't on the way called the Inn on the green - definatly worth a visit - the food there was delicious!
The weather was terrible all weekend but it was really nice to come back to such a cosy B&B and sit in the visitors lounge and watch TV or just sit in the conservatory and watch the local wildlife.
I'm sure I will return to Robindale when i'm next in Lincoln and would highly reccommend it.
