Stayed here for one night. Hotel is brand new and located right on the water in Son. Room we received was like a small apartment and as such rather large. I would guess close to 50 Sq Meters. The hotels facilities are fine, as is with most new hotels. Restaurant , Bar and breakfast were all good.
My major complaints and why I only gave it a 3 is the room. Big plus for the size of room. However, the bed, a double bed was only about 150CM wide (King Size is 180-200CM) and this is ridiculous for 2 people, and I am really surprised they did not install real size beds. Bathroom was very small with som kind of glass plate that worked as a "shower curtain". However, based on the room being this large, why on earth did they not make the bathroom a little larger.
Next there was the Towels, Small, Cheap, and with the logo of some central washery on it. This is the type you would expect to get at some form of health institution, At a spa hotel I would expect big fluffy towels and bathrobes. Next there was no shampoo or other amenities in the bathrooms. Just a dispenser with some type of all around soap. I am sorry, but for a hotel that calls itself a spa hotel, this just is not good enough!!! Bring your own shampoo if you stay here. There was a small separate bedroom, and this was nice, but no tv in the bedroom, only a 32 inch Sonly LCD in the livingroom. Also No Minibar.
All in all we had an OK stay, and the hotel itself is nice, but it is by far not a destination in itself. I would recommend the management and chain to try some other hotels such as Hilton, Mariott, Westin before they build a new hotel. Its all in the details and they are clearly left out here!!!!!
