I stayed here while I was on a training course in Dibden. It was a very nice B&B overall. I had a 'large single' room without an en suite bathroom, but the bathroom was opposite, and on the first night there was nobody else using it (and on the second night there was a couple using it who I never saw). I am unsure if all of the rooms on the top floor are non-ensuite, if they are, I suspect it can get busy when they are full.
The room was clean and in good order. The carpet was a bit a bit tired looking but that's not really a problem. The breakfasts were very nice both mornings and I slept very well, with one caveat which is that I was woken up at 5am on both mornings by howling from the Huskie breeders who are in the next door property (the dogs were howling, not the breeders....).
For £35 a night I thought it was excellent value.
