“Perfect!”

Our family stayed at JLL for three nights in July 2011. What an incredible treat and we can't wait to go back again. The views and areas surrounding JLL are awesome. The cabins are cozy and well-maintained. The staff is amazing and treats each guest extra special. The horseback riding and bicycles were a special treat. Gourmet breakfasts and dinners were a great way to spend family time. And waiting for the delicious raspberry lemonade each day served at 2 pm. Our children, ages 20, 23, and 25 enjoyed themselves as much as my husband and I. Is it worth the cost - ABSOLUTELY!

Room Tip: Rooms that have a direct view of the Tetons.

“One of the best ways to make memories in Grand Teton”

Lets be straight. If you can afford it.

Unless you are planning to visit Grand Teton many times there is only one place to stay and this is it.

The combination of enjoyably comfortable, welcoming pioneer style cabins and very good restaurant (the best food you'll eat for days if you're heading in Yellowstone) in amongst some of the amazing scenery on earth is hard to beat.

The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and there is a changing list of daily activities (stargazing etc).

Finally the complementary horse riding is must providing a completely different perspective on the park and that true cowboy feel!

Enjoy!

Although visiting the Tetons and the Jenny Lake area for years with my parents and more recently my wife, this is the first time staying at the lodge. We're VERY glad we did, and will be returning again next year. We visited as a last minute decision, staying 2 nights at the end of September. The weather was beautiful (as a previous reviewer mentioned) as were the fall colors, which always helps, but I'm sure we'd have been happy even if it had snowed due to the wonderful staff and facilities. From front desk to waitstaff to housekeeping - all were very welcoming and went out of their way to help out or provide suggestions for things to do or places to see, etc.
I got some great fishing tips from the waitstaff who helped me find some lesser known spots in the Bridger Teton NF (away from the crowds on the Snake south of the dam by Jackson Lake Lodge) while my wife had a blast with the small group she went horseback riding with.
The cabins are fabulous, well equipped (except, thankfully, for TV) and with a turndown service that led to some great conversation with the housekeeping staff who quickly became like family after only a day or two. As manager, Mr. Greene should be proud of the operation he is running, and the caliber of his excellent staff.

All in all the JLL is a refreshing change to the trendy euro-spa type places down in Teton Village. Of course if that's your thing you can get there too via arrangements for the spa, transportation, etc. through the front desk!

Highly recommend a stay here.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Buckwheat cabin, which although a duplex, was very quiet and provided a beautiful v...

“Luxury Cabins in the Tetons”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2011

Jenny Lake Lodge was the best place we stayed during our 17 day Wyoming and Montana visit. Rounding the corner off the highway with the Tetons on our right and Jenny Lake Lodge on our left, we entered a beautiful setting with warm elegant rustic accommodations. Attention to every detail in the cabins. Service and restaurant were superb. Jenny Lake Lodge is a gem in an awe inspiring setting. Just a short walk to Jenny Lake with multiple hiking options.

Room Tip: Single cabins versus side by side cabins
