My husband and I booked a one night stay in November as a late celebration of our one year wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, my husband got sick and we were unable to attend. Judy was very accomodating and allowed us to reschedule for later in the season. We rescheduled for January 2011 and were impressed with Judy and Charles' attention to detail. Comfy blankets tucked behind the couch, bed turn down service complete with a small sweet, and a fully stocked beverage fridge in the room made for nice, impressive touches to the evening.
Cedar Spring isn't just an Inn, it's a full service Spa as well. They have an on-site Sauna, Steam room, pool and hot tub. A fellow couple even had massage therapists come on-site for a couples massage. My husband and I didn't use any of these ameneties, but they looked really nice and clean.
The best of the stay was the breakfast. Judy and Charles offered fresh, home-made bread, an assortment of hot and cold drinks, and four options for our main course. I highly recomment the Havarti baked eggs. Yum!
