From the outside, it does not look like much, but the rooms themselves are quite attractive and roomy. Also well supplied with all what you would expect.
Good location for either exploring further afield in both the Hutt Valley direction and Wellington City itself. You do not even have to use the car, Great place to stop over before catching the ferry, with access to the motorway virtually next door.

Stayed here for 1 night only as we were catching the ferry to Picton, South Island the following morning.

Good location as it's only 7 or 8 minutes drive to the ferry terminal or maybe 10 mins from Wellington central. There is a good selection of eating places within a few minutes walk.

Motel itself was clean and comfortable and the owner friendly, but somehow the place just lacked a little bit of spark to make it a cut above the rest.

Would recommend and would stay here again.

We found unit 21 spotless and well equipped with electric blankets, 2 beds and a very clean shower, great tv and sky channels, a well priced unit close to super market and the information folder in the room has had a lot of effort put in to it.The cooked breakfast delivered to the door was great value and well done. We will stay again. It is so nice to stay some where which is presented with pride.

Very clean and well equipped 2 bedroom unit. We would recommend this warm and comfortable unit to anyone considering staying there.
