A very cousi hotel in a beautiful part of the country. The staff is outstandingly nice, the food excellent, and the hotel is very clean and confortable. The Lake House Hotel is the perfect place to feel relax and at home while exploring Ireland of just taking a rest to enjoy the peace of this part of the world. I will go back and I encourage all my friends to do the same if they are in the region.

Went for New Years Eve Gala in Dec 2010, Frank, Mick and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Beautiful log fires, homeade cookies and cake - courtesy of Frank!!! Really enjoyed the whole stay and the area itself, great walk along the bluestack way. The Lake House Hotel is a relaxing, welcoming hotel with extremely friendly staff. The location is a hidden gem with a lot to offer. We had a wonderful time at a family wedding which the hotel catered for brilliantly.

My stay at the Lake House was amazing. My sincere thanks to Frank Barber and his staff, who were wonderful and made everyone there feel warm, welcome and just like family. The food was exceptional, and the warmth and graciousness of the staff proved to make this a vacation of a lifetime! I would highly reccommend the Lake House Hotel to anyone. What an amazing experience!
