My husband and I stayed at the Teach Ban B&B on our honeymoon. It was one of the most beautiful B&B's I've ever seen. Bridie and Michael were very gracious hosts. They had tea, coffee, cake and biscuits there upon our arrival. Breakfast was delicious and Bridie and Michael went out of their way to make us feel welcome in their home. We loved our stay there and hope to return again some day. It was definitely a highlight of the trip.

Bridie and Michael couldn't have been more accomodating, the room and bathroom were immaculate and the breakfast was wonderful.

“Loved Teach Ban (again)”

This being our 4th stay in as many years we felt it was about time to let everybody else know how great this B&B is.
The rooms are excellent - what else can one say.
The setting is absolutely fabulous and affords a lovely lakeside walk from the back gate - plenty of wildlife - and can you believe that every morning of this stay (7 days) we were woken by the sound of a Cuckoo!
Michael and Bridie are wonderful hosts and would fill you full to bursting at breakfast if you did not say no!
There is always tea, coffee and cakes available - too tempting!
The additional good news is that the 2 local pubs are now going to be doing food so with the options also available in Ballinrobe you will be spoilt for choice - Michael or Bridie often will drop you into Ballinrobe and if they cannot there is also now a great local taxi service.
