“Brilliant chalet experience”

I stayed there with colleagues on a business/ski trip and it was briliant. The chalet was very big with all bedrooms ensuite. We were lucky to have a very nice chalet girl who took care of meals and cleaning : lovely after a hard day skiing and business meetings!
The alpine deco really made the stay amazing, especially the lounge area in the living room with the roaring fire.
Would go again with no hesitation and would take the family next time.

“Could have been better”

When we arrived we could not get into the chalet until 5pm, so we had to leave our luggage with the Hotel (La Christiana) which owns the chalet, with 3 children and no help to transport our luggage the 15 min walk was hard work. For a chalet that was in the process of being cleaned and checked when we arrived, there was hair shaving in the bathroom, crumps on the kitchen side, the oven, microwave and coffee maker were all dirty, and there were bags of rubbish under the beds. The sofa, a wall socket and shower was broken, it took 3 days to get fixed and even then we had to be present for them to fix it as they claimed not to have a spare key. And dont be fooled by the "new to summer 2006 chalet", it may be new to Eurogroup but it is not newly built.
