About 5 miles outside of Cooperestown, we stayed here to go to the "Hall". The staff were exceptional and seeing that we had our 1 yr old daughter, were constantly making sure our stay was comfortable. They even made a courtesy call to the room to see ifwe were OK for a crib, towels and sheets. The lobby staff always say hello and ask if everything is OK. The hotel was pretty busy, but not the least bit noisy. The breakfast buffet was much better than I anticipated. We stayed for 3 nights, and enjoyed our stay here very much. Generally, we stay at Hamptons or Marriotts, or in Florida, Disney resorts, and this hotel matched up quite well to the standard we like when travelling. I have recommended this hotel to friends already. Overall, a great stay at a clean, quiet, friendly and well run hotel!

We booked this at the last minute, and got a great value. When we checked in, we got additional discounts with State Employee ID (any state will do).

Room, including bathroom was new and clean.

Breakfast was perfect for a family in the area for sightseeing, not fancy but plentiful. (breakfast dining area was slightly small, with not enough seats).

Pool and hot-tub were also clean, and well maintained.

Location is less than a 10 minute drive from the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Good family value.

This seems to be a newer place which is located just a few miles out of town. The location is just fine for the price. We had a problem with our room but it was quickly taken care of buy the front desk clerk. It was a good clean and quiet place with continental breakfast and free parking. Just what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

This hotel makes a lovely first impression when you enter the lobby, and look on through the breakfast room to the pretty wooded area behind the hotel. Desk clerk staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.
Our room had been upgraded to a jacuzzi suite, which we appreciated, except for the ventilation fan over the jacuzzi, in the same room as the bed. That fan ran constantly, so there was a steady vibrating rumble all the time. The bathroom ventilation does the same, and we could eliminate that by closing the door---but that jacuzzi fan was always there. To us, it was more troublesome when we weren't trying to sleep, as we had to turn the TV up to hear over it. As it was a steady sound, we were able to sleep OK.
That complaint aside, this was a nice, clean and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was what we've come to expect at hotels in this price range. Nothing outstanding, but certainly adequate to get our day going quickly with a full stomach. No complaints there.
