We just went there last summer with LOOK voyages and it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is not as equipped as other locations in Morocco or elsewhere but it has just the good size for a family who wishes to rest, there is only other hotel nearby so it's quiet, the beach is lovely, the welcome and service friendly, the food OK and the club animation (provided here by LOOK) rather efficient. You are only 2 miles away from downtown and if you search for more restaurants or attractions, Port Alcudia is a few minutes away by taxi. Main drawback ? 95% French people so if you are English or German, the overall feeling might not be the same.

we have just come home from a two week holiday in the panoramic this hotel is in a lovely location on the beach and is lovely and clean maids are lovely and friendly and also the dinning room staff the bar staff could do with learning how to smile.......cant complain about food .............but the reps were the most ignorant rude people i have ever met once they found out that we were not french they just ingnored us this went for all the english speaking famiies one of them threatened my 69 year old husband because we did not want to join in the conga they were so childish and the shows were sometimes very rude especialy when their were young children around.....one of the young girls in our group at bad sunburn and was told not to go in the pool in her t-shirt.the next night the reps>had a pool party and proceeding in pushing people in the pool in their outdoor clothes and shoes and.also jumping in on chairs there were a lot of small children around and it was dark so dangerous and then they ran through the hotel soaking wet ............they just did what the wanted ....the two young girls in our group were totally ignored the whole holiday... to finish it off there was poo in the pool and this was not done by a chlld on reporting it we were told they would put chemicals in they took the poo out but the next days there was still some in it and it was taken out by a net and put in bushes and then the next was washed out in the babies pool we were told it was now safe .we never went in the pool again be warned this is not a hotel unless your are french

What a lovely setting this hotel is in and also peaceful. Only thing to spoil it is that it is full of French! The entertainment is fully catered for the French so if you are english you have no idea whats going on.
Also the entertainment staff ignored two English girls that had been practising a dance routine for the show finale as soon as they heard the accent. Appauling!!

Food was ok as you would expect for 3* and as the French hardly drink was very easy to get to the bar, one other thing is that the lovely French took it upon themselves to poo in the pool not once but twice and it wasnt child sized! Disgusting!

If it wasnt for them this would be a great hotel, dont let it put you off as the setting is great and the reception staff really helpfull.

My partner at the time and I booked this as a last minute deal in April. The hotel is very basic and the food got really boring after a week.. unfortunately as it was in April there weren't any restaurants open nearby or anything. The staff were fairly friendly but everything was in French, not even Spanish. I felt sorry for the english kids as there was nothing for them to do.

The pool was okay, the location isn't great - it's about a 15 minute walk to the old part of Alcudia. I would recommend if you are skint and fancy a bit of sun.. but if not, don't bother!
