We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Paris.
The B&B is located in a small town called Domont about 20 miles north of Paris. We found the hosts and room very welcoming. The house is a family home, but with your own entrance to your room off the terrace so you feel a bit more private. The room was "traditional" but very clean and tidy and the hosts were only too pleased to help with tips and advise on visiting Paris, things to see, do's and dont's. They also recommend and book local restaurants for you. The house has a great garden sun terrace and swimming pool so if the weather is kind they are at your disposal.
If there was one critisism the breakfast is just about ample and limited, even by "continental" standards. So you will need to plan for lunch!
That said it's a great location to visit Paris, the station is just down the road and a short 20mins train ride takes you to Central Paris. Buy the "Mobilis" ticket for about 8 euros return which includes the metro all day, its great value. it will also get you a discounted ticket for the "Batobus" which in my opinion is a great way to see the major tourists sites from the river, and you can just hop on and off all day.
One final tip Visit Chantilly a town only a few miles away, well worth a day out in my book.
