Staff were so friendly. Hotel was very clean! Buffet breakfast was fantastic!
Only downside to this hotel is the beds were extremely hard. We woke up each morning feeling sore.
The hotel is also located on top of a hill, which I loved because it was a little bit of exercise to get up the hill. However if you are not wanting to do exercise on your holiday the hotel does offer a free tuk tuk shuttle up and down the hill, there is a phone at the bottom of the hill which you use to call the hotel and someone comes down to pick you up.

great service,friendly staff,great location, will be staying again at the horizons karon beach resort next holiday to phuket.

Room Tip: in the middle you have a great view of pool,to the left and to the right it is more quieter and priv...

Karon’s clientele is largely families and couples compared to Patong’s party crowd, so the Karon Horizon was definitely a more relaxing place to stay. They have a tuktuk service down to the beach, but it’s really just a five minute walk down the hill. They also have a free bus to Patong a few times a day which is nice for dinner and nightlife. Breakfast was great and the pool is beautiful. Staff was friendly.
