We spent 10 days traveling from patong to chaing Mai to pai to Bangkok then back to Phuket. We were greeted by 4 staff members plus the general manager Ben. It was so personal. From the moment we arrived me felt welcome. We had a pool side room, which I would highly recommend. The room was gorgeous. The staff were so friendly and after spending 2 days there we felt like family. Yoyo is amazing!!! She is such a fabulous person who is perfect for her job. We wished we could have stayed longer. All the staff we so friendly and made an effort to make our stay perfect! Being so close to the airport was fabulous as we had to collect our bags 4 hours after we arrived so we had to ho back to airport. They also have free shuttle to patong daily which wld be great if u wanted to shop. Shopping was the last thing after 10 days traveling & shopping, which was great as we cld enjoy the hotels full experience & amenities. Would love to stay there for 2 weeks next time.

From the time we arrived at the resort at 1am until the end of our stay, all staff from security right through to management were friendly and the quality of service was first class with nothing ever being too much trouble. They were always smiling and helpful. The food was amazing and the French chef Francios and his team consistently produced fabulous meals especially the buffet breakfast with its variety of dishes to start our day. We stayed in a Luxury Suite which was extremely spacious for 4 adults and everything we required was available to us. The only thing missing was an ironing board, which was provided within minutes of calling housekeeping. Attention to detail was paramount, for example, night time bed turn down service, burning oil in the luxurious bathroom, floral arrangements and fruit platters. My wife celebrated her 60th birthday at the resort. Staff organised floral arrangements, birthday cake, beautiful private candle lit dinner on the beach and the staff sang happy birthday. She also enjoyed her 5 hour trip to the Adamas Spa and would recommend this wonderful service. The resort is situated in a quieter area of Nai Yang, fronting a beach which suited us perfectly as we had a car. The hotel provides courtesy buses twice a day to Patong and Phuket Town. Alternatively, at low tide you can stroll across to Nai Yang beach with its restaurants and shops. We enjoyed being able to come back to a peaceful environment after the hustle and bustle of main tourist areas. The tranquillity of the gardens and surrounds, including the expansive pool made our stay even more enjoyable. Our only problem with the resort was that we were only there for 10 days and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back very shortly and will be booking one of the beautiful beach front bungalows.

The Imperial Adamas is perfectly situated near a very beautiful beach with stunning gardens and a magnificent swimming pool.They need to improve room service which is poor, otherwise a great resort.

A very nice resort in a quiet situation on the Island of Pukhet. The bay is beautiful and the beach is very nice and not as crowded as others. Service is very good and all personnel do their best in order to make the stay memorable. The resort itself could be better maintained, paints and renovation, owners need to invest more in maintaining the property. The food and service at the restaurant is really excellent, the Executive Chef Mr Lambiotte made our stay a unique experience. Local experience with very special food made our week a success that we recommend.
