The administration was good. The manager was nice but the reception was rude. Yes, they were really rude. No service mind from them. We had a problem about booking but instead of dealing with the problem but the staff were humiliated us that we were cheap. There was only one staff at the counter was friendly to us. We talked to the manager with the problem and she resolved it well but we didn't feel comfortable with our stay because we needed to contact the counter and they still treated us badly because we reported them to the manager and it was what we remember a bad thing from Phuket. The rest of that Phuket was a good place to go.

The staff are inefficient and rude. They made mistakes with our booking and were completely unapologetic and unhelpful. The rooms themselves are dirty, and the restaurant overpriced. The only nice thing about this place is the pool.

Me and my soon to be husband will be staying at the serene resort, and i hope to have a pleasant stay there. It looks really nice on pictures hope its like that in real life! hope im not dissapointed!
