We were a group of 8 (including one toddler) and occupied two of the agriturismo's apartments. We had a great time and as it was still a bit chilly we made a great use of the fireplace in one of the apartments. The owners were very accommodating and helped us arrange all that we needed (for example, before our arrival I asked them to buy an Italian SIM card for wireless Internet connection - no problem at all; well the signal at the villa is not so good but that's not the point). We have stayed in many Italian agritusmos and Sant Alberto was up there with the prettiest and most comfortable. We also appreciated that the ground floor appartment was adapted for use by handicapped people.

We were a large group of people (12 adults and 12 kids) and we were meeting in Tuscany from all over Europe and the US for a reunion of friends/family. Someone in Denmark recommended this villa, and I didn't know what to expect- but it was gorgeous and the perfect place for us. We ate our meals together under a tree on the grounds at a large table while the kids played in the yard. The pool is beautiful and it has a covered portico with the most comfortable "papasan" chairs I've ever sat (& slept) in.
It is very central to other towns like Sienna for outings, and the thermal pools. We hated to leave! The owner is nice, and helpful too.
