We often stay at Le Magny on our way through the champagne district. I love it! The rooms are comfortable and always very clean. It is peaceful and attractive and the swimming pool is a bonus when the weather is good. M and Mme Oliveau are a delight and always make us feel very welcome. The food and wine are excellent.
We have also stayed for one of the special breaks which we thoroughly enjoyed. It is worthremembering the excellent champagne houses in the village -- several are in walking distance of the hotel.
I always love to have an excuse to stay here!

Our arrival was timed when one of the waitresses was on duty. Her greeting was rude, there's no other word for it. No welcome at all. She did become more friendly in the evening, but the staff training must be non-existent. Our room was good with a big bathroom, but the windows had been left open and it was extremely hot both day and night. Breakfast and dinner were both good but the pool wasn't clean and there was very little shade.

Order the Pink Champagne .. loverly - heated pool could do with a clean but overall very good food . loverly part of France and a very comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is off the main road, but is in the centre of a Champagne producing village,
I counted at least 12 Champagne houses in the main street.
The hotel is comfortable, the restaurant excellent, the surroundings pleasant.
Breakfast plentiful. The hotel was very tranquil.
