Well done Jaana! I stayed in this hotel in November 2010 and I can’t tell you how much I fell in love with this your hotel. The staff + Managers were very helpful, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and the food was excellent. I was referred to this hotel by Violet of TAURUS TOURS & TRAVEL Uganda and I have no regrets everything was perfect and I will surely come back. Thanks a lot for your services. It's worthwhile reserving a room from this resort, which is situated near the airport and managed by a Finnish General Manager Jaana. Using her own example and vision she is developing an international level resort destination, which is already now "good enough". We travel a lot, so we have ample destinations to compare with. I believe that this Resort can become a
5 star destination. Service is already now mostly very good. From the finnish point of view, one could detect some small cultural differences, such as what means "now". In Zanzibar it seems to be a relative concept, but issues were dealt with. One area to be developed is the cuisine, but it was nice to notice that all feedback was well received and things were rectified immediately. Even the sizzlers were given another grade of spiciness, milder, as an option, so that the flavours were coming out better and we were not sweating anymore as much from our foreheads, necks and face...
The best that the resort can offer is service. Jaana with her staff really fulfilled all the customers' needs. Guided tours, connecting flights and so forth were handled professionally. We also had a pleasant surprise, it's possible to book a private boat trip to the nearby sand bank island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, where it was lovely to snorkel and swim. It was also positive to notice the cheap flights from and to Dar, Nairobi and Mombasa. Many thanks for the excellent experience Jaana and staff!

Very humble staff and ready to assist you settle well in Zanzibar, they are always there for your excursion trip arrangement. Hotel is strategically located next to the beach and stone town and offers one an easy access to visit surrounding Islands and Prison Island as well where one can take a swim with family and snorkeling. The rooms are very spacious and offer families quiet atmosphere to be alone if you are looking for that kind of peace. The beach is not very good for swimming but you can take a boat across to the next small Islands for the same, takes only 10-15minutes and you enjoy the ride in water. Has a swim friendly swimming pool if you are not the type for the beach swimming, the food was fine too.

What a fantastic place to stay. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel was clean and room were spectacular. I would come back-FOR SURE. Location can´t be better. 5 minutes to airport and 10 minutes to stone town. It is a perfect hotel for people who needs peace and relaxing holiday. There is everything and staff helps you 24/7. There is a travel desk and it´s very easy and fast to book a day trip. Hotel ambience was awesome and staff take very good care about it. Its looking like paradise. In the evening we went to a seafood restaurant and the food were fabulous. We didn`t have to go out for dinner. Everything was there in hotel area. Atmosphere in restaurant was wonderful,there was live music, dinner next to sea (you can smell the sea, lovely) and fantastic and tastety dinner.

This hotel exceed our expectations and i would recomend this hotel for everybody.
