+ fabulous dining table to seat 15+ if you want
Minus points
- Ageing kitchen equipment doesn't all work well (oven, coffee m/c...)
- 3 ponds in garden for toddlers to fall into
- sunken bath and multi-level bathrooms a danger to young and old
