Poor service right off the bat. We checked in at 2:30 in the morning, a very late check in. The concierge, was almost sleeping on the job. and after our normal check in paperwork he gave us the electronic door keys to another room. so we had to go back to the front desk to sort this out. Once we got into our room, we noticed that the douvets had stains on them, plus the sheets and pillows had hair on them. The mattresses did not have mattress protectors and we also noticed that they had blood stains. After reporting this to the manager, he suggested to switch to another room, which was as bad. Instead we requested extra clean bed sheets and pillow cases.
Also the shower curtains were stained w/ mold.
After a 6 hour sleep, we checked out. We did register a complaint at the front desk. The did discount our stay, but the point is this: Nobody should have the need to worry where they are sleeping, and should always expect to have clean sleeping environments.
