Overall this is a nice hotel with a quiet location on the edge of an already quiet small village.
Our holiday priorities were 1. Relaxation; 2, Wine; and 3, Food, so Lud'hotel complemented these well.
We booked a smaller, cheaper room but were put into a bigger one foc and without asking. Comments from others about the mattress are true - my lower back was awful first thing in the morning, and the buffet breakfast is not the best, but then the bakery is 3 minutes walk and brilliant croissants at under a euro each and there is a cafe around the corner for coffee.
The pool is small, but OK for swimming in, and there is a terrace for sunbathing.
You can walk into the vineyards almost from the doorstep, Beaune is 5Km away which we walked on a couple of occasions, and Savigny-les-Beaune is a gem
