This is a fabulous place! The house is beautiful with fabulous views from the terrace and Maureen, Roberto and Jennifer are perfect hosts. Casperia is an extraordinary maze of wonderful streets and buildings with a timeless quality of peace and tranquillity. You can spend all day wandering happily around Casperia - there’s a simple but adequate restaurant in the town and don’t miss Johnny Madge’s wine bar just down the street from La Torretta - but there’s plenty to see in the surrounding Sabine Hills and Rome is just an hours drive away.

We had a great time in Casperia staying at La Torretta during our honeymoon. We were only there for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer! The owners were great, and the views were wonderful. We did a cooking class which was amazing. Several of the other guests had visited multiple times, which really speaks for La Torretta, being located in a fairly remote town. I hope we'll be able to return one day too!

This quality bed and breakfast is perched on the traffic free village of Casperia in the beautiful and quiet Sabine Hills.The welcome from Maureen is warm and helpful.The accommodation very good value with a view to die for from the beautiful rooftop terrace.
Its a great place to explore the surrounding area and places like Villa Adriano and even Rome itself.
Definitely worth a visit

Seven of us stayed at La Torretta at the end of April 2011. We had a wonderful time! The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the hillside. We took a cooking class at the B&B which was a blast. We learned how to make authentic Italian dishes and enjoyed a 4 course meal to follow. It was the highlight of our trip.
