Spent 7 days/nigts at this residence. Location is excellent with fantastic views and 10 minute walk from Morgat village and 20 minute walk from Crozon. Swimming pool and area is pleasant.
However, the entrance to the individual appartments on the ground floor where we stayed is eerie and smelly ,as if you are in the corridor of a swimming pool changing facility.
When we arrived ( Saturday) there was a foul smell coming from the toilet. The ventillation system was not working. I went to complain on the Sunday, the day after arrival, but the reception was closed even though it is supposed to be open. I conveyed the problem to the receptionist on the Monday and was assured it would be looked into that morning. This was not followed up. The following Friday I enquired as to why the problem was not investigated. I was told by the receptionist it was a generic problem caused by the rain??. No apology was forthcoming.I did not pursue any further!!
