service and staff excellent, location very beautiful.

Excellent resort, service and food. You also have access to Anse Georgette which I personally believe is the best beach in the country from my experience. There were a couple things in the room that did not work, but they handled this very efficiently and professionally, so it was not a problem.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The rooms are not Four Seasons over the top marble clad rooms, but you will not be disappointed! they are beautiful rooms in a fabulous tropical setting, very roomy and comfortable, and well appointed and clean...they have warm wooden cabinets, a large bathroom, plenty of closet space...the same type of room you find at five star hotels in Hawaii! The restaurants and staff are over the top, greeting you by name, offering to carry your buffet plate back to your table, going out of their way to make sure you are taken care of! I am a total Hotel snob...and I would highly recommend this hotel! Just be ready for a tropical setting versus modern marble...and the shark attacks were months ago...my daughters have been swimming all week without a worry! Sharks are in the ocean at every resort area and they rarely cause a problem! Don't hesitate to enjoy the turquoise warm water!

This hotel is one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. The rooms are well-equipt, the service is impeccable and the facilities are great.

We stayed on a half-board basis and I would recommend this. Breakfast is fantastic and there is a lot of choice, the hotel give out fruit and sorbets during the day to tide you over until dinner, which can be eaten at one of two resturants. Drinks are expensive so you should plan for this if you are going to choose this hotel. The cocktail bar is wonderful.

The hotel staff go out of their way to make your holiday special and are happy to arrange anything you want. I was ill one day and they got the doctor on the phone and sent a taxi to the chemist to pick up what he recommended, all while I lay on my sun lounger. We enjoyed the sports facilities too: you can go running, kayaking, play tennis, yoga. The setting is stunning and the beach really well looked after.
