If you are English DO NOT ATTEMPT A HOLIDAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ON YOUR OWN HEAD BE IT! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked and paid for as 4* this is a joke it is more or less 1 to 2* only. Transfer from airport turned out to be nearly 180 minutes as the driver did not know where this hotel was (and to be honest I wished he had never found it and that we had been transferred somewhere else! Food awful never hot, what a mixture for breakfast; boiled eggs every day, with cold rice pudding, peas and sweetcorn and somedays were offered chiles! If you managed to eat off or drink out of crockery that was not chipped you would be extremely lucky. Acoholic drinks are a joke only being supplied with weak warm beer, raki, vodka, gin or red wine (no white available unless you purchased from the shop up the road) which tasted like cough mixture.
Rooms dirty with extremely grubby bed linen, bathrooms extremely dirty. Building itself a death trap (dont take your children if you decide not to heed my advice); all 5 floors had separate fire exits but ALL were locked!
Pool areas dangerous with manhole covers completely smashed.
Only catered for Russian, Germans or Poles and staff and other hoiday guests could not be conversed with! Rude, Rude Rude. Pool sunloungers dirty and extremely old. This was once a modern hotel with facilities but I would say around 1975!
Has totally put me off of going to Turkey ever again! Very noisy disco every night!
If 1 person heeds my advice and decides not to go to this hotel then my work on here has been done!

I was there when Charlie was there and I totally agree with him, if it wasn't for him and his group of friends me and my friend would of be lost. The staff are rude and the food was not for the British, the entertainment was rubbish could not understand and word even though we told them we couldn't understand, seemed they didn't care they just wanted to please the russians. Don't stay there if your British you will be disappointed.

Klas Hotel is unbearable! its miles away from anywhere takes approx 3.5hrs transfer from the airport. The hotel is very run down and dirty, bathrooms are so old the veneer has come off the bath! food same old same old, meatballs, pasta, salad. This hotel does not cater for the British, its full of Russians, Polish and Germans, the supposed 'ALL INCLUSIVE' is a joke, there is no bar as such you have to sit in the hotel lobby, bar staff refuse to serve you after 10.30pm when the AI supposed to end at 11pm. They close the pool bar at 10pm when the joke 'adult entertainment' starts, this means you have to walk back up to the hotel lobby - which you obviously dont want to do, on the other hand you have to wait until its time to pay at the disco. Klass disco what a total RIP OFF, you have to pay approx 10 lira for a larger, this goes on until 3-4am and can be heard throughout the hotel not much good if your room is right above it!!
The room balconys are a death trap.....with large gaps both sides of the walls, definitely not a place to take young children
Staff are rude and miserable obviously they dislike the place just as much as we did!
We were a party of 6 mixed age group but there was NOTHING that any of us could put a positive comment againsit

This was the WORST HOTEL i have ever stayed in and the WORST holiday experiance we have EVER had

If youve booked to go to this hotel GET YOUR MONEY BACK right now......STAY AWAY - DONT GO or you will be SORRY!!!!

Worst holiay ever.If it wer,nt for other brits n hotel would av gone barmy.Some staff esp the bar manager would make life as difficult as poss.Alcoholicdrinks very limited n contains very little alcohol.Hotel full of ignorant russians.Any life is good 20 mintes walk away..Dont be duped this place is 30 minutes away by bus to Alanya.If ur a brit dont go there.
