Just got back from a really enjoyable holiday at the Hellins , We arrived early sat morn (sept 3rd) and was dealt with very quickly . The room was clean and everything you expect from a 3 star hotel , the bathroom may seem small but if you dont use the shower curtain then its a brilliant wet room .
Breakfast , lunch and dinner might seem to have limited choice but what food was avaible was most enjoyable and very tasty .
The rooms are cleaned every day and if you need extra pillows or towels then thats no problem , just ask and they will sort them out for you . The chambermaids are freindly and efficent , 5* to them.
Reception staff esp alexandra couldnt do enough for you if you need something sorting and you are always greeted with a smile .
The bar staff are very freindly and Alex would always greet you with a big smile and hello , he is 1 of the most well mannerd people i have ever met nothing was ever to much for him even when he wasnt serving he would be cleaning 5* well earned for alex.
The pool area always clean and sun beds always avaiable no matter what time of the day.
I stayed 2 weeks and would stay again for 1 week and recommend anyone else to Many Thanks to the staff for making my hoilday a pleasant and welcoming stay.

just returned from this terrible hotel.Reception area and pool are the best things.Food was cold,sometimes not edible. not a good selection.food dropped on the floor stayed there for 3 days before it was removed.did not bother with snacks.staff are ignorant and rude. the reception staff were helpfull. rooms are basic and the shower rooms (not bathrooms)have old and rusty fittings.all inclusive does not include water !!!!! never heard of this before.althought close to airport and very noisy it did not spoil my holiday.beach is a 5 minute walk away and 7 euro for 2 beds and brolly.taxi from airport aprox 10 euro.only a few tavernas outside hotel and NOTHING else.do visit "captain george "taverna, nice place.corfu town is a bus ride away or 10 euro by taxi. this was a late cheap deal but we ended up having to spend money on decent food else where so not a good deal. can recomend the boat trip to paxos 35 euro each.we had a night flight and hotel wanted 30 euro to keep room.what ever happened to the courtesy rooms?just another way to screw more money from you . Read all the reviews and you will see that we are all saying the same thing...so DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!!!!!

spent 1 week relaxing here and it was superb,how anyone can complain about this hotel is beyond me ,staff were superb ,food and drink was good and hotel was excellent and very clean

Arrived 5th august with my 2 daughters, reception staff brilliant freindly and helpful check in quick.
Our room was cramped especially for 3 adults my 19 year old daughter had camp bed ! Other 2 beds rock hard.
Balcony overlooked airport runway (not a bad thing) and hotel pool which was huge and spotless.
It was evening when we arrived no food available so we went to bed hungry.
Breakfast was adequate fairly good selection of food, lunch and dinner pretty much the same every day greek salad and chips every time and one other choice, flavour ok but no choice. We have stayed all inclusive in hotels many times have never had to buy a snack before (very expensive snack at that ) also all inclusive drinks stopped at 11 pm !!! on your holiday ? and water was not included in the all inclusive either. After 3 days the all inclusive guests were given disposable plastic cups to drink from small cups at that.
We booked this holiday as a cheap last minute 'all inclusive' break we ended up spending a fortune as well on alternative food.
If you want a cheapy holiday do not stay here and if you expect helpful friendly bar staff avoid like the plague they are the most ignorant people i ever met you could stand at bar 10 minutes and they would ignore you and carry on talking together then walk away several times i left with no drink.!
