The perfect place to relax, coupled with the personal touch by hosts Yannis and Petra Zantiotis. They provide lots of good tips to explore the island and don't forget to ask Yannis for recommendations of his favorite taverns/restaurants on the Island, you won't be disappointed!! Following his recommendations, we discovered that every tavern was a new culinary highlight, simple & wholesome greek country kitchen coupled with some of the most breathtaking views of the island.

The apartments are lovely, clean and the views from the balconies were simply gorgeous. Just sitting on the balcony, we were able just take in the great views and fresh air. We also received a small carafe of Greek Wine as a welcome gesture.The rooms have a built-in kitchenette and meals can be prepared on your own. If you prefer breakfast served, just let the hosts know and for 6,50 Euros you'll receive a Mediterranean breakfast buffet, served at the reception that boasts a great view of the sea.

You'll need a rental car to come to the hotel and explore the island. If you inform Yannis in advance, arrangements for the rental vehicle can be made. We were fortunate enough to be able to purchase a bottle of delicious pure extra virgin home made olive oil from the Zantiotis' to take home with us - A perfect close to the perfect holiday!

If you are looking for a place to stay far away from the rest of the tourists in the island of Zakynthos, we can highly recommend this place. It is located way up in the mountains with a beautiful view of the ocean (you need a car to get there - about 10 min drives from the Keri beach). The prices are reasonable; the room and the service were great and the people working there are very friendly showed us great hospitality.

My husband and I spent 4 nights of our 3-week honeymoon at this quaint eco-villa in June 2002. The owners are very kind and hospitable and made our stay so enjoyable. We stayed in the "honeymoon tower suite" and loved the views and peace and quiet afforded at this villa in the hills. The room was simple and fairly well maintained although in retrospect a bit too "eco" and not enough "villa" for our honeymoon. To this day, we are still amazed at how we managed to find the place through the maze of olive groves. It is set in the midst of an eco reserve and there are many reminders. The sulfur pool is just plain stinky. We explored the island and found the most beautiful beach on "turtle island". We rented a small boat and cruised the coast - the coves are stunning.
