We spent at Elena apartments a relaxing week at july 2010. There was the breathtaking sea view at every room. it doesn't matter if you're at first or fifth floor. The rooms and balconies are huge! Only toilets are tiny and you have to be quite smart not to shower water all over, but it's just a small minus. There is big and cold fridge at rooms.
The pool was very nice and there was always free sun beds, although the hotel was fully booked. At pool bar you can buy drinks and also food at reasonable price. There's a small path to the nearest beach, which is the best at Kalymnos. We wondered why there's no better path to the beach. The staff was very friendly. If (=when) we travel again to Kalymnos, we wouldn't even think about another hotel.
Massouri village is small and peaceful. But not so small that you wouldn't find a new good restaurant for 7 lunches and dinners. At Aegean tavern we ate twice and would warmly recommend.
