This has been the best holiday by far! The hotel was a cut above anything I have ever stayed in before that wasn't in the uk! The food was amazing, and the staff were anything but average... my kids have asked to back here for years and years. I would definately recommend it to anyone who is looking for the best holiday x

Good value for money! Only downside would be location about €15 to the strip! On arrival you get shown to your room On golf buggy! Staff very friendly! Food lovely a little repetative though! Entertainment throughout the day plently to do! Entertainment on a night was a let down only went for a week and they had a reptile show on twice! Other shows were very poor aswel! All inc drinks served until 11 then u have to pay! Very large complex! Swimming pools lovely! Would recommend a day out to zoo marine!

HI just back from adriana beach club yet again booked with thomas cook got first choice hotel always the worse one to go to...supposed to be 4 star no way......last week in october....two storey room decorated okay had plenty of windows if had been extremely hot...bath shower...shower head was useless had to ask for new one.also toilet seat moved had to be repaired....patio door also stopped locking had to be repaired....window in bathroom didnt lock had to be repaired.beach lovely but lots of steps to go down......walked to lovely place called vilumura along beach long walk but worth it got to lovely marina some cafes....got taxi back 15 euros...had coutesy bus to alberfura had book this with hotel just couldnt get on the bus from hotel lots of cafes shops..alberfura....found the food hotel okay nothing special cakes for desserts where so dry......no waiter service at tables with drink just bottles of water......had to do yourself . cold drink machine went every where when getting drinks out into glass......had middle room before restaurant with nescafe machines crisps biscuits which seem to attract the flies.......and other hot food under covers all day.pool was lovely and round the pool tables near bar.......but found the dining room very basic.....nothing eye catching.......had outside area was horrible.....for eating outside.....nobody sat out there end of season hotel closed november for season....entertainment okay..outside staff where good with children spoke all languages played some nice music in day.......i found the staff brilliant they make the hotel...bright orange reception area.....bedroom white furniture no comfy seats just three beds table chair.....telly only got bb1 always had interference on it......and channel five telly on wall...............have been to portugal last year rui palace was fabulous...and angelo the rep best rep i have ever had from portugal......didnt see the rep for adriana once.got card through door saying pick up time way home......could have done with more staff....the cleaners as always worked hard rooms clean every day....beach towell had to pay 20 euros each got back at the end said people stole them........also games paid got back.i would never go back there again outside there is nothing cant even walk outside no kerbs just baron.hotel let down ...staff where brilliant.food let down......had wrist band and three cards to keep showing.....sorry for 4 stars want a decent hotel...this is basic...

Just got back from a weeks holiday with my Mum at this resort and have to say it was lovely. We were welcomed quite late at night due to our flight being delayed and ushered to the restaurant before it closed. The actual hotel is lovely , very clean and lots of areas to sit and relax. The pool was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING but I used to go downstairs to the indoor pool and then the upstairs one wasn't such a shock to the system!!! There were ample beds and certainly no fight for towels on beds before breakfast!!!
The food was very nice , buffet style but lots of choice and very fresh , the meat and fish were cooked in front of you. Always plenty of salads and fruit and the puddings were gorgeous!! They had a couple of themed nights which was nice , Mexican and Portuguese. The drinks were good , all usual , only local , so if you wanted a baileys after dinner you could have a local equivalent or pay for baileys , we had a local equivalent!! It was a bit of a pain that you had to take your room card to the bar even though you had an all inclusive bracelet on but we got used to it.
The only reason I marked the hotel down was the rooms which were nice and clean but rather small and bland. We had a twin room in block b which was right near reception but it was just big enough for two beds and not much more , also there were no pictures on the wall to give it a bit of character.
Apart from that we had a lovely week and would recommend this hotel.
