Good Points

The hotel was clean in appearence corridors smart and carpeted
Bedrooms were large clean and well equiped.
Swimming pool was large and clean / plenty of loungers / clean pool towels were available each day.

Bad Points
Bar staff and reception management appeared to be anti british. Very arrogent.

Air conditioning was not switched on - management always over riding control advising guests that it was broken. After numerous complaints from ourselves and other guests it would be switched on for about one hour. Even when I was ill with a temp of 103 the air conditioning was not switched on. My wife actually begged management to push the switch to no avail. The situation was appalling.

Drinks were not imported as advertised. Beer was flat and appeared to be watered down. Wine would clean my drains out at home it was disgusting. I dont think they have heard of fizzy mixers or lemon drinks. I didnt think G and T could taste so bad. No cocktails unless you were anything but british. Bar staff were rude, arrogant, ignorant and totally indifferent to the guests. Even tho we were always polite with a ready smile which was unique at this hotel.

Cats. I must have counted at least ten cats at any one time at all ages around the tables scrounging for food pestering the guests and when you left the table to collect more food the cats would jump on the tables. Untill we complained repeatedly there was no attempt from the staff to remove the felines. Goodness knows what it was like behind the scenes.

Entertainment was very, very amateur. No childrens club. Loud music all day at pool side. In fact the entertainment was a group of immature pool staff each day and night. Water slides only available at certain times of the day.

Food. Very repetitive and only warm not piping hot as should be. Food at beach was burgers and chips I have never tasted anything so bad. Coffee was served in plastic cups as was all daytime drinks. Icecreams were only available at 4,00 pm for 30 mins. Choice was limited to cones and flavours were less than adequate at one time only chocolate flavour was available.

The last couple of days I spent in bed suffering with food poisoning and I am still suffering having to take time off work. I had to spend one day in hospital undergoing checks. I have never felt so ill in my life needless to say we will not return to this hotel. What should have been a second honeymoon for us turned into a horror tale. Be warned.
