We spent 5 nights at this lovely resort on the Atlantic coast side of the island. We were celebrating a special occasion, so this was a splurge, and well worth it. Exquisitely maintained, and very quiet and private, this was a real respite. The pool is lovely; the beach is rather small but nice & well protected by the offshore reef. We had our own plunge pool. Our room was tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. Due to the constant breeze off the Atlantic there were always wind-surfers and kite-surfers enjoying the sea. We spoke French, but the staff was prepared to address us in English or French. The meals were wonderful. The croissants at breakfast tasted just like the ones in Paris. There are 2 restaurants, one more casual by the beach, and one more formal. We typically had a drink in the bar and then wandered over to the formal restaurant for excellent French cuisine. We really enjoyed this little trip to "Europe" in the Caribbean!
