The hotel itself is ok. Lobby, restaurant, garden areas and rooms are a bit run down but adequate, however the water pressure is bad and the shower rooms are moldy.

The worst thing was the incredibly pushy crowd of hotel employees trying to sell overpriced wine, lottery tickets etc, they would bother me everywhere, including the pool area, restaurants and even come knocking by my room door to try and get a sale. This coupled with the mediocre at best service attitude and poor language skills tells me to avoid this hotel in the future. The buffet / pool bar food was ok I guess, nothing special. The spa was full of bothersome insects which made it impossible to enjoy a massage.

i went there for avacation with my family and there was no one to get our badgages even....we checked in after 30mts stand in the reception..... we were given a room which smelled like we are in a street bar. we wanted to adjust the ac but we couldnt as we called the house keeping and after 2 reminders they came and said that they cant do any thing and this is the maximum. anyway the food was ok and the pool was also ok.. but i really expected verymuch from them and on my way back i complained the reception which i dont think they mind. so i recommend a night club or a street bar instead.....

A good hotel which is raised to excellence by its fabulous staff and position on the South West Coast of Sri Lanka. The local tour guides Ronnie and Baba have become good friends over the 3 visits I have made to the same hotel. Their knowledge is second to none.

The hotel is located in the coastline of Srilanka, about 2hrs drive from Colombo Airport, its easy to reach there by car. it has a nice lobby, the rooms have either pool view or sea view, the sea view rooms are surely nice, the rooms are spacious enough, clean and bathrooms are also fine. There is no Internet offered in the room. You have to use in the Business center which is paid.
Food is nice, they offer a nice buffet breakfast, and have several restaurants as well.
Overall a good Hotel.
