From the moment we checked in we had nothing but trouble - after a problem checking in (fault of hotels.com) after an hour and a half of waiting in reception we were finally allowed to go to our room...only to discover the lift wasn't working (and didn't work for the duration of stay) we had to heave our very heavy suitcases up 8 flights of very long stairs - not the best start!
The room itself was a very small triple room (3 single beds) which we were pleased to find as we'd been told one of us would be sleeping on a camp bed so that was good of the hotel. We had just enough space for our suitcases, 2 mirrors for us girls to get ready with and the beds! The hand-held shower worked fine throughout our stay - water and pressure no problem. We didn't come to Ibiza to spend much time in the room so the decor etc. didn't bother us. The major issue with the room: no air con! This was simply unbearable the whole time we were there, we'd leave the air conditioned club dreading going back to our hot room.
One positive of the hotel is the noise - most people in Ibiza at any hotel are always inconsiderate with noise levels - this hotel wasn't too different but I found this to be one of the quietest hotels I've stayed in, in Ibiza. The hotel was fully booked aswell so that's a major plus if you like you like your sleep! Walls are paper thin, so we could often hear our neighbours though!
We went to the rooftop pool once, and although its not a pretty pool, it was great being up so high and the water was fairly warm! Also has a little pool bar too.
The major pro for this hotel has to be the location. Directly next to the hotel there is a cheap and yummy Mexican restaurant, the most amazing (and cheap) tapas restaurant which alot of the locals frequented. We had shops nearby, cash points and a taxi rank. There was one lively bar next to the hotels which was also cheap. The beach was a stone's throw away from the hotel (if you walked along the beach after 10 minutes you would find yourself on Bora-Bora beach) with lots of beach-restaurants and an evening market (on the beach near where the hotel is) aswell. The area was really Spanish which made a nice change from being surrounded by Brits (and I am British!) and it was fantastic not getting ripped off for food, drinks, ice creams, water etc. in our local area which was nice - yet we were still in walk-able distance to Bora Bora beach. One last plus is that we were short taxi rides away from all major clubs: Space, Privilege, Amnesia and Pacha and the airport!
To sum up I'd consider staying at the hotel again... but instead look at the: Hotel Central Playa which is opposite this hotel, is still in the same great location and also has air conditioning!

having stayed in almost all the hotels in figueretas i decided to stay here as i was only staying 2 nights,what a mistake,on arriving i was given my room,now everybody remember this number 206,because if you are given it you will not only be disappointed but you will also not sleep a wink at night because of the heat,you will have to shower in cold water which was'nt a bad thing because you where so hot,if you are given this room walk away come back in 5 minutes and tell them you suffer from claustrophobia and you need to be moved preferably to another hotel,this is by far the worst in figueretas but then i only saw my room,i guess the rooms facing the sea where much better,i will never step foot in hear again,but i love figueretas so much that if i had no where else to stay i would probably stay thier as a last resort.

The room was very clean wich is most important to me.. there is no aircon, but we were on the beach (which is only 5 secs from hotel) all day. the old town is 10 minuts walking distance. breakfast was basic but good. the hotel staff is always helpful. great cantina mexicana next door.

Look. It's got a great location about 5 seconds from the lovely beach. That's it. No air-con (and for those that don't know: you cannot stay in Ibiza in summer in a hotel with no air-con. Trust me, I know). It's a dirty dump. We stayed one night in a room high up. Great view from the suicide windows. Friends got upgraded to Hotel Maritimo as over this one was booked and we blagged a room there too - air-con paradise compared to this place. Nice staff though. Figuretes is a nice place. I'd stay there again without hesitation.
