Great service from arrival to departure (not that we required many services) Very basic but thats what I expected for the price you pay. 30 seconds to the beach, 15 minute walk to Dalt Vila. Friendly Reception, clean rooms. Ignore the bad reviews, clearly some people forget that you get what you pay for and as one of the cheapest hotels in such a good location this really is the place to stay if you are on a budget. My girlfriend and I were happy enough to rebook and are going back next week.....

Stayed in this hotel in June 2011 for a week.
I have been to Ibiza in this area six times before staying in different hotels each time, around the same cost and star.

Initially on check in the staff were really helpful and through out the stay they were also couldn’t help enough. Except for this, I had very little positive I could say about the hotel, our room had no air conditioning available and when staying anywhere else in Ibiza it has always had a fridge at a minimum.

The room was dirty and we had a few night with a cockroach problem. The bedding was supposed to be changed but from the stains on the sheet you could tell that they were only turning them round. The shower didn’t work probably and the light in the bathroom meant that you basically showered in the dark.

Outside the room the hotel was very dated, and the roof top pool was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures. When using the pool there is only 5-6 sun loungers for the whole hotel, which added with some unusual smells coming from vents meant we could not sun bath here.

I would never stay here again and there is no reason why a hotel no matter the price, can’t be clean and have the very basics within. KEEP AWAY.

Stayed here for a week in June, read lots of reviews and I was dreading it. Basically you get what you pay for. The rooms are fine basic but clean. No Air con, unless you want to pay 10 euros a day! We didnt bother it was June therefore not too hot! The hotel is two mins walk from the beach, and about 40 min walk from Bora Bora and Space.

Location is good for the beach but not the best for the bars, If you are on a budget then its perfect!

We have spent there 5 days with my bride. The staff is very nice, the swimming pool on the top is marvellous, the food is more than enough.
The bar at the bottom is also excellent, we loved the cocktails, and the sisha.
The price is very low.
