“AMAZING!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 December 2010

The best holiday ever! I went there with husband and I was worried because i knew it is a family resort and we don't have any children but we did hope for a quiet place after a busy working year. At arrival we found our way easy and we found the room to be basic but clean. We were pleasently surprised by the food, it was great! Everybody could find something to eat! If you don't want to get bored trie to eat two kind of food each night and you will be more than happy! if you are greedy and try everything from first day you will get a little tired of the same food but you can have salads. Lots of fish, great breakfast! The beach is realy 10 min away. It is easy to get there I DON'T UNDERSTAND complains about the distance even if you are old you can still make it there in no time and it is the most fabulous beach very intimate not to crouded. You can buy a sun umbrella from the shop and this way you can use it every day. We did go to ES CANA it is close and nice and we took the day trip to Formentera Island from Santa Eulalia and it was amazing! Drinks at the hotel were good and plenty and we noticed how english in particular would not leave the pool side perhaps because of the drinks or because of the good pool but we did found it silly of them as the beach is FAB! Go there and you will thank me! oh and great animation for kids!

“Needs Improvement!!”

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in September which was all inclusive. There was 7 of us travelling from ages 14 - 62.

It was a good deal and an ok holiday and I wanted to write a descriptive review as I find they always help me decide on where to stay.

Location - This hotel is in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to get taxis or buses to local towns. Its cheap & easy enough to get a bus but they only leave the hotel 3/4 times a day. Santa Eularia is about 20mins on the bus and is a nice town but I recommend getting a second bus from here and going into Ibiza Town(Eivissa) which is only a further 20mins. There is so much more to do and see there. The beach nearby is about a 10/15min walk down steps which is not for people with walking difficulties. The beach is beautiful with a beach cafe and toilets, highly recommended, best part about the holiday was this beach.

Accomodation - When we got there it was very late and we couldn't find all the rooms, even the guy from reception couldn't find one. We ended up getting moved the next day to be closer together. The rooms are basic, all you need for an all inclusive holiday however the one we had was beside a residential property which had barking dogs early in the morning and late at night. The cleaners changed the towels everyday but only changed the sheets once and never cleaned the floors which was a bit frustrating. We were originally a bit worried about security due to previous reviews. We never had any issues and neither did anyone else staying at the same time but the patio windows are not very thick so I think the place needs some upgrading.

Staff & Entertainment - The staff we encountered were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault them at all. The entertainment is quite outdated and even some of the music played was about 15/20 years old. There is nothing else to do at night and there is only one local restaurant at the bottom of the road.

Food - I wasn't impressed with the food as I felt that they had too many seafood dishes, pork 7 out of the 10 nights was the special meat on the menu and left overs from breakfast or lunch would still be out for the next mealtime. I am all for not wasting food but leaving chicken nuggets out for 3/4 hours doesn't sound appealing. The bar staff were excellent too and always on the ball. The snacks available at the bar between lunch and dinner times were awful, stale cheap crisps and biscuits but luckily there is a shop at the bottom of the road so we spent quite a bit of money there on snacks.

Summary - If you want a quiet place for a holiday then this is the place to go. Do not come here expecting an entertaining holiday with lots of activities available to do. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I am generally easily pleased but this was my first time going all inclusive and I would not do it at a small hotel like this again as you feel very restricted in what you can eat and do.

“JUST OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 October 2010

upon arrival like many other we were handed a map and told to follow this to our 3 rooms, its difficult in the pitch black to try and locate these rooms after 30 minutes we found 2 but had to admit defeat and go back to the recpetion and ask for his assiatnce, to our amazement he couldnt locate the last room either, When booking we had asked for 3 rooms together and we were told that this was ok, however once we had locate all 3 rooms they were not together, however they did arrange this for the following day, so from that point of view the service was ok, there is major room for improvemnet on the development itself, very dated. The food was again just ok a lot of the luch reapeared in the dinner in some shape or form, on several occasions there were fishfingers for breakfast !! Not many options for veggies. Tea and coffe was only served at breakfast and after lunch they closed at 2.30 and if you wanted food you had a selection of cold meat sandwiches (stale) and crisps (again stale) at the bar. You were not permitted to enter the Restaurant until after 7 for evening meal, I have always gone all inclusive and never experienced this lol ,,,,,, Entertainment was like the food very repatative and very boring. The near by beach is ok, after you have climbed the steps and paid 5 euros for a bed. To travel anywhere you have a bus @ 1.55 euro or taxis around 15 euro to Sant Eulla and 35 euro to Elvissa. All in all a very quiet (which we enjoyed) holiday, I wouldnt go to this hotel again. But dont let this deter you as whats good for one isnt good for another, this is just our experience.
