arrived early hours of the morning check in was simple ,receptionist opened the restaurant for me and my husband to grab a couple of drinks each before going to our room wonderfull as it was supposed to be shut .the room was basic but very clean and acceptable for our needs,never a probleb with hot water it was plentifull.i did request a kettle and the next thing i knew it was brought to our room .the food was very good for 3~* always plenty of choice ,chicken ,pork ,fish ,pasta and wonderfull salad,fruit and nice ice cream.i was also well impressed that they had decaf coffee ,ive stayed in some 5*resorts that dont keep decaff.the beach is only a ten minuate walk and well worth a visit a few steps though .i would return in a flash ,yes quiet but that was what we wanted thank you club cala llenya

ola club cala llenya is not for you if you like your holiday very lively and with plenty of pubs and bars or nightclubs. but it is for you if you want somewhere safe and relaxing with your children. it is a little out of the way, but a taxi ride will take you to the lively parts . the nearest town is about 5 minutes in a taxi, costing about 10 euro.
ola club cala llenya itself has ust what you need around the complex. restaurants (about 3) supermarket,(sells everything)
apartments are beautiful, maids come every second day to change bedding and towels.facilities in reception are great. kids club and entertainment every night.
this year was our 7th time to visit.

Both my husband and I are travel agents. It's been a while since we went away and we just wanted a week relaxing with our 13 year old son. This 3* hotel is just perfect. It is spotessly clean with a daily maid service. The restaurant and main areas of the hotel are spotless too. The hotel has a bar, restaurant and pool plus a fantastic animation team. They aren't pushy, you can join in if you want or just people watch which is what we did. Mixture of nationalities changing all the time. A few English, Irish, Italian and Germans. The pool was never totally manic expect on the bank holiday when the animation team had a fun day. Everyone was polite and happy. The food was excellent. Stacks of lovely fresh fruit. Always hot. Yes some odd combinations and the odd chicken nugget or steak at breakfast but they obviously needed to use the food!! The fresh fish, rabbit and Paella were lovely and all 3 of us ate well. A week is enough here unless you have a car to go and sightsee. It is quite a way from Santa Eulalia. We would definitely recommend this but do remember it's about the staff and relaxing. The beach is a bit of a trek downhill and in the heat can be a slog dependant on how fit you are!

We have just returned from a fantasic 10 day holiday, 3 children ages 16. 13 and 5. The Animation team are amazing, I dont know where they get their energy from. The accommodation is great, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, the only problem I would point out was that we had 2 double beds and a single sofa bed. ~We were lucky that my 13 and 5 year old didnt mind being in a double bed , if you have different sex kids you may have a problem, worth e mailing the hotel to find out if they have twin bedded rooms, we will if we book again. The food was varied and fresh with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, food was in the bar all afternoon and snacks in the evening when you were having drinks. The drinks were not restricted to local drinks, we were drinking cocktails, baileys G and T etc etc etc, and lots of it !! I would recommend this holiday to anyone wanting fun for the kids, relaxation for you and great location, mind you there is not to much around the hotel, a few restaurants and a supermarket, however the bus in to the 2 local towns is cheap and taxis were about 12 Euros , worth a visit . We booked directly with the hotel and organised transfers via there website, after chatting to other people there at the same time we def got the best prices, the reception staff were very helpful and responded to my questions via e mail very promptly.
