This hotel is as good as all the reviews we read. So glad we stayed at the Tahiti Beach and for sure we will be returning! The main areas of the hotel are very chic. The breakfast is too good to be true and all washed down with delicious cava. The ladies at reception and in the bar are very friendly. We had some lovely chats with them. Antonio at the pool bar is also a reason to visit the pool bar… Loved the holiday and the hotel!

Classy..........you have the feeling you are somewhere special.Excellent decor,situation,staff,food (breakfast only but what a breakfast) free chilled drinks,personal safe in room also free,beach towels etc etc.Will return.

We spent the first two weeks in September at the Hotel Tahiti and will certainly return again.

Hotel positive points
(1) The reception area / bar / outside terrace are immaculate.
(2) The breakfast / brunch buffet served between 8am & 12pm is superb with daily variations to a very high standard.
(3) The pool and pool area is maintained very well with comfortable, adjustable sun loungers with deep cushions and large umbrellas. The pool staff are very friendly and eager to help.
(4) The rooms are claned daily to a very good standard.
(5) 10 bottled soft drinks are added to your fridge each day, free of charge.
(6) Free WiFi access is provided for the duration of your stay.
(7) The location of the hotel is excellent, virtually on the beach and within minutes walk of bars and restaurants

Hotel negative point
(1) We booked through Thomson and were given a "standard room" as there was no option to upgrade. Although the room was comfortable enough, it was pretty basic,and the bathroom was very small with a tiny bath and limited space to store toiletries etc. We also had a room overlooking the ca rpark, which seemed the norm for people booking through Thomson. When we enquired about room upgrades we were told that there were "Superior Rooms with sea views" but these had to be booked directly through the hotel. We will book directly with the hotel next year and make our own arrangements for fights / transfers etc. The supplement for a "superior room" is 30 euros per night.

The Resort of Es Pujols is quite small and caters predominantly for the large numbers of Italian tourists coming to the island. The restaurants are generally excellent ranging from cafe type eateries to high class steak and seafood reataurants. Typically the restaurants do not start serving food until 8.30pm, although there are a few exceptions that open around 7.30pm.

Recommended Restaurants:

Chez Fred - Basic pizza / pasta / meat / fish
El Gaucho - Argentinian steak house - unbelievable steaks
Sa Varadero - Spanish food to a very high standard
Pizza Pazza - Authentic Italian pizzas
Sa Palmera - A huge menu, ranging from local rabbit dishes, fish & meat to pizzas & pastas. Excellent and very reasonable
Bocasalina - High Class Tapas, Meat & Fish dishes
Capri - Outstanding seafood restaurant

The local beach is white sand with warm waters, ideal for swimmimg. The sunloungers are 6 euros a day each as is a parasol.

This was by far the best holiday I have ever been on. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were lovely - (would prefer double beds though). The room had its own fridge with drinks filled up at no extra cost. There were towels by the pool for both the beach and the pool. The bar staff were fantastic, the evening staff made special cocktails for us. The People bar on the beach which is part of the hotel made our Engagement on the beach very special with Champagne opened with a knife and photos taken on cushions on the beach. The Bar round the pool was such fun with Leonardo and Antonio and their fantastic personalities. We cannot fault this hotel and would go back every year and hope to go back this year. Ove it!!
