Staid two nights here. The Riad is spotless. The rooms well appointed. The managers are friendly and very helpfull. We felt very at home here and they cooked for us both nights it was delicious. There is airconditioning in all the rooms.

The Guesthouse is about 800m from the city walls of taoudannt. A 15 minute walk. Its is great to be outside the bustle especialy as we had spent a month in Morocco and at times needed a break from the mayhem. The owners only speak a little english which made life interisting but we were able to comunicate our needs. A great find.

“Dar Al Qadari Morocco at its best”

I tried to stay in Dar Al Quadiri in May 2008 but they were fully booked with a French coningent due to arrive next day.

The proprietor Madame Quadiri very kindly showed me around the house and it is just as it appears on the website, only more impressive rooms. The garden area is small as the house is in the town in a built suburb(Mhaita) of newer type buildings but an easy walk to Palais Salam or to Place Assarag, and a cheap taxi no trouble to find. There is no pool, the small garden is used for meals if you like and can be used for reading or just lazing and absorbing the Moroccon rays we northeners love and travel for.

The price quoted was also very tempting and I hope to have an opportunity to put the establishment to the test, and the cuisine someday soon. But I loved everything I saw.

I was struck by the friendliness and hospitality of Madame Quadiri and the two ladies of the Staff I met. The rooms are really beautifully decorated, well worth a look.
