I should start by saying that I completely messed up the booking and so we weren't booked in. However, from the moment Habib worked out where I went wrong he couldn't have been more helpful. He found us accomodation at a small orange farm on the outskirts of town where he came and settled us (2 couples) in and ensured all was comfortable. It was the holiday home of a French friend and well appointed. We wanted to eat at the Riad Maryam having heard of it's world class reputation and we weren't disappointed. The food was fabulous. The dishes were Moroccan traditional cooked by Latifa, Habib's wife, and were just delicious. He was very happy to explain how they were made and talked us through each course without being obtrusive.
All in all this Riad was the highlight of our trip and Habib and his wife couldn't have been better.
