Avoid this hotel.
Food is terrible with poor service.
They may attempt to over charge your bar bill.
The rooms are filthy and very badly maintained.
Mould on the walls, plaster so damp it's dropping off. Black mould around bath.
No ventilation of the bathroom/WC except to the bedroom.

If this is Italian 4* then they need to send their chefs to England to learn how to cook. I've had better meals in a truck stop.

Location seems at first good but is on a very narrow busy road with no footpath - quite dangerous to get anywhere.

One plus point (and only one) - there is a good pizzeria/trattoria and restaurant opposite.

Travelled here with Voyages Jules Verne. The dinners at this hotel were a disgrace. The "chef" was incapable of even making an omelette. The “omelette” they served us bore more relationship to a Michelin tyre than something fit to eat. After the first dinner experience, the number of people in our tour eating evening meals at the hotel started to wane until, on the last night of our stay, no-one ate at the hotel at all deciding to eat at a local trattoria, even though our tour was half board. Breakfasts were awful too. For a country that grows oranges in abundance you would expect orange juice for breakfast but no, all that was served was a watery pineapple cordial and iced tea. Access to the hotel is very poor and difficult parking for the coach even for off loading. You have to struggle up two flights of stairs with your bags just to reach reception. The only thing 4 star about this hotel is the price of drinks - exorbitant!!

We stayed with 44 people in the hotel. Breakfast is verry good and people at the reception are friendly. The food in the restaurant is verry, verry bad (I've never had this food, not even in a 1 star hotel), the waiters (except Rosie) are rude and unpolite (only beautifull woman can get supplements). Complains to the management are being laughed away ... think twice before you book this hotel !!!

with the exception of 1 young female , the waiting staff were rude , indifferent , sneering and totally incompetent. As part of a group tour our evening menu had a choice of 2 dishes ; pork or ........dolphin stew!!!!!!!!!! the vegetables were even better!!!!!!! green beans [they were ok] and 1 small potato.
Our room was nice , although most other guests complained of tiny rooms , and damp walls.
This is NOT a 4* hotel !!!!!!!!!!!! a 2* at most.
