Is not a 4* maybe 3 for accomodation, 2 for services and no star for restaurant.
The room are very small, the price are big the price for SPA are huge and the staff is very unfriendly. The restautant is old refurnished with comunist habits a lot of waiters but no one to help you. If you want just a beer, breast chicken and french fries is perfect, other things are imposible.

I don't recomand anyone this hotel.

A Nice basic Hotel for a family - it needs to make up its mind if it is a Spa or a family Hotel - The Hotel lacks basic Management - The pool Area is poorly run - the pool lady spends most of her time sitting on a green Beer crate eating nuts at the back of Band stand - no management of sun beds - groups take a bed and then go to the beach for the morning - blocking ithese for other guests because no Security or mangement exists - three Front of house porters would rather talk to each other than help Guests from cars or even open doors - It all adds up to frustration - but then they have not been taught any different - sad really as it could be much better - but it will never be 4 stars !!

Pros:
1. Nice big outdoor pool – never filters the water during the day though so you
Get an insectariums after a while.
2. Close to the beach …guarded by stray dogs
3. Clean rooms but VERY small for 4*…tiny indeed.
4. THE BEST SPA EVER – nice crowd/facilities but has nothing to do with the Hotel, it is in a different building altogether. This was the ONLY 100% positive experience.

Cons:
1. Air conditioning was pulling the air from outside digesting it a bit and just pumping it inside without any cooling, it felt like a flea sneezing.
2. Shower is getting clogs up all the time and the soap holder came off.
3. We could only watch TV through the Hubble…the TVset was tiny
4. They charged us euro 1.5 for tiny bottle of water from the minibar that we’ve never opened: it happened again in Hotel Belvedere in Govora but we have reported it in time so we’ve never paid that one. It is a habit in Romanian Hotels for the cleaners so Watch it.
5. A LOT OF STRAY DOGS it is like a jungle at night…be very careful at night.
6. The windshield of our car was cracked over night in the parking lot; park the car close to the hotel facing the hotel if possible. The parking spots war actually narrower that many cars so a bit confusing J and the parking can gt too crowded and you cannot move your car if it is larger than a mini.
7. the free internet was braking down all the time in the evening

I use this hotel for weekend. I was verry impress by SPA and my whife was verry impress by chocolate treatment.
