The hotel structure is not new, but very well kept and VERY VERY clean!!!!! The service is really punctual, fast and you have the feeling that they care of you!
The food is quite ok, both if you go for "à la carte" or if you go for the buffet. This last one is quite rich. Also the breakfast has a big offer.
Nice and clean ourdoor swimming pool. There is a 24h medical assistance
The SPA is marvellous! The organisation is really professional, you are assisted by medical service that suggest you the appropriate treatments after visiting you.
The environment is definitely clean, proper, professional and relaxing ...... except if you meet some French provincial tourists whose "grandeur" does not allow them to understand that in a SPA silence is a must!
The only negative aspect is the village of Neptun. It's not comparable with the structure and doe s not offer many attractions. Anyway if you are looking for a really relaxing time, it's the ideal!!!!

Cocor Spa Hotel is a new hotel, opened in 2009, refurbished from an old one added a new building for the spa and new pool and terrace layout. The fact that it was an old hotel means the rooms are small, that being mostly the only downside, but it's livable and compensated by other plus things this hotel is offering, like the pool area, the pool bar, the service, the reception area, the free acces to a private beach and of course the SPA, which is top quality. The restaurant was left behind, I think it does not fit the rest of the hotel, the menu should be improved, the waiters as well as the furniture and the rest of things. To mention also the small old TVs in the room, could be replaces with LCDs to look more 4 star. Parking is very good, there is one large parking in front of the hotel and another one 100 meters away for Cocor Spa clients only (card operated). The pool is not very big but guests seems not to crowd the pool but stay on the deck (sun/shade) or at the pool bar (thumbs up for the service here). The room price is higher than it should be considering room size and that entering the spa (at least pool area) is not included in the room price but only in aditional packages or against fee, that's why I gave 3 out of 5 at Value.

We had access with the baby carrier all over the place. The staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful. The hotel have a clean pool in the inside courtyard. The beach is 100 meters away from the hotel. Is THE ONLY recommendable hotel in Neptun or even on Romanian Black Sea. This hotel is really civilized and is full with German, French, Nederland tourists. Most of the foreign tourists are here for the SPA and specially for Gerovital treatments. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, across the street from the hotel are Ceausescu's protocol villas, witch are currently rented to Romanian politicians and their friends. It is only 1,5 KM from ground zero in Neptun, where is all the nightlife in Neptun. I must say that the only hobby we have is travelling and we traveled all over Romanian Black Sea and abroad. This hotel is similar with western Europe hotels and with Turkey resorts.
