Just returned from our hol there. On arrival we were disappointed as we had booked a two bed apt for our family of six and were offered two seperate apts. After speaking with the manager he explained that renevations were running over schedule and the two bed apts would not be ready till later in the week. He offered to move us to a diff hotel till our apt would be ready, however we opted for the two sept apts which were ideally located near the pool. Manager was lovely and apologetic. We had two washing machines and two toilets which were a bonus. The complex has lots of facilities for the children and staff go out of their way to include them and make it enjoyable for adults and kids alike. We were all inclusive and were not disappointed with the food and drink which was plentiful and varied. Rooms were clean.Was worried about going here after reading the reviews but have to say we all enjoyed it as it is in a good location and also your holiday is what you make of it. Good value for money. Enjoy.

we travelled on 24th for 10 days , got moved twice but had a fab bungalow right next to pool,staff were very friendly rooms cleaned daily spotless clean, food good the normall all inclusive , staff always helped out when needed hannah brill with kids, new bungalows are out this world will be great when finished , would go back again location fab will look forward in returning next year .

10 June 2011 'Goldings' midlands

This is the third time we have come back to this complex. The room was very clean and the maid service was really good. A little disappointed that is isn't the Thomson Superfamily any more as the entertainment was much better then and there was more for the children to do. There is a couple of things i would like them to change, like the wood around the pool as it gets so hot it burns your feet, also some of the tiles are loose on the bottom of the pool. However, this didn't spoil our holiday we had a fantastic time. Your holiday is what you make of it!

The worst place we have ever stayed.There were cockroaches in the apartment.We were all inclusive and the food was awful and very little choice.The swimming pool had tiles missing and the whole place needed a refurb.The bar service was also very bad.I liked Los Cristianos but these are apartments are terrible.
