very good position, in front of the beach and the sea. rooms are clean, spacious but very essential, a small bathroom with problems to the toilet's water.
food is not very good, repetitive and not high qualited.
beautiful island to visit but this resort needs a change in the kitchen!! it's a food just for german turists, not a real greek or mediterranean food!
very good the swimming pools and the beach bar

“Great location, fantastic views!”

I went here for a week with my sister in September this year, both in our 20's. We wanted a relaxing reasonable break and that is what we got. The rooms are very basic as you would expect with Greece, we got the cheaoest room which was a Sea View with no Air Conditioning but the views were fantastic! We spent every day on the beach, the food was reall good, lots of choice (salads, pastas, stews, pizza, ice cream, fruit etc) and the AI was ok, they had premium brand soft drinks and local spirits and nice lager, it finished at 11pm but we used to stock up with a couple at the end to see us through! Great entertainment team!! Would recommend if you are paying under £400pp for a week. (there is a mix of nationalities but you are not in Butlins you are on a Greek Island)

“Real fun holiday.”

Me and my friend (18yo and 21yo) were a little worried before travelling as the reviews were a mix of good and bad. We arrived at the airport to find a very friendly bubbly coach driver. We then arrived at the hotel and everything was fine, the rooms were average but compftable; Big, clean spacious hotel. I caught an ear infection in both ears while i was on holiday here but the doctors were so helpful and kind! Im a fussy eater when it comes to food abroad, but, everything was eatable, i enjoyed it all - theres a variety for everyone. The pool areas were all lovely, and the sun was so beautiful for June. Just remember to keep topping up your cream, as i burnt badly, the greek sun is strong. There was a bit of trouble me and my friend had one night, we had a group of disabled boys climbing over our balcony and trying to open our front door, but recepton and security were so so helpful! They stayed with us for 20 minutes or so, untill i asked to be moved rooms, they done this very quickly. Along the beach, there is a AMAZING bar, everyone needs to try this! The animation team know where this is as they use it alot. The only thing i thought they could better on, was the animation team, ive been to tunisia, and the animation team were alot better, these were a bit boring, didnt really interact with you. We done the waterpark trip, which was amazing for the price, real fun day. Met a group of english people while we were here, and to be honest, it was my fave holiday ive ever had. You pay for what you get basiclly.. some people are just to fussy!!!!! But i would reccomend this holiday. 7/10 for messongi beach hotel! I will be back :)

Room Tip: Higher floors have better view.

i was a little worried after booking as read reviews after but i dont really understand what there is to complain about to be honest we travelled with my parents as we got married in june and needed a kinda honeymoon and my parents wedding anniversary was in september , the food was excellent and staff friendly even though thet were constantly on the go ! my parents have been goin 2 greece for the last ten years and even they said they had not experienced anything better and we are even planning to return next year with a larger family group, ebverything on site no need to leave so ideal if you want a nice relaxing holiday , the food was excellent aswell as a gd selection of free drinks and snacks (if all inclusive ) the rooms were cleaned daily ,the pools were clean and the animation team were excellent too if you require entertainment !! the beach was clean and i nice walk too i could go on and on about this resort will definarely return and my advice would be to ignore the bad reviews as you definately get what you pay for !!!!!!!

Room Tip: we had a sea view room in main hotel no air con but was cool enough in the evenings to be honest

“Ok for what you pay but beware of the mozzies loads got bitten alot”

Arrived here and had a quick check in then went to the room, got to say very basic with hard beds and a shower with no fixture on the wall to hold it but thought its only a room to sleep in and get ready. Very basic on all inclusive drinks, but were allowed a few at a time, but when it came to 11pm that was it if you want any more you got to pay so found it better to walk down the beach to elvis bar. very good night there. I can't complain over the food at all. found the fun pool the best to go to but you need be up early to get one and i mean early. After 7.30am you got no chance but we were allowed to take sun loungers from other pools there. Was told by staff look at night and towels are already there on the loungers and it was true Think the hotel could invest in a lot more sun loungers but i have heard the hotel is being renovated this winter so maybe it will improve. The boat trip over to mainland greece was very good but beware on how much you pay the hotel charged more than the people who offer the trip walking around the hotel. We booked with James Bond as he called himself nice bloke. Jump on the bus to go to corfu town or anywhere else as taxis are quite expensive and have a walk out of the hotel to the shops and cafes.

Room Tip: Ask for air-con if you need it as basic rooms have none and dont even have fans, i heard the bungal...
