The hotel consists of 3 separated blocks. Customers are booked and placed in any of the 3 blocks without notice but only the main building has the full facilities of a hotel like restaurant, spa, etc
On the positives, staff is friendly and location is excellent for skiing but not for living (saint Christophe is a boring 10 houses village).
On the negatives, spa is poor (the worst I have found in an Austrian 4 star) and food is average in quality and poor in choice

My husband and I chose the Hospiz for our wedding last December. From the moment we arrived we knew that this was going to be the ideal location for our celebration. There is a charming little chapel located within the hotel itself which seats 60 people comfortably. The Banquetting Manager Thomas most attentive and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole wedding preparation process, from the menu selection to legal/administrative issues he was fantastic. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and the traditional uniforms were a big hit with our guests! Our meal in the Hospiz Alm was absolutely delicious and the intimate atmosphere over there was really something special.

This is my second trip to this hotel. The place is incredible, nice rooms, great food amazing wine and usually good service. However this year I had to deal twice with issues with the women working in the spa. Their service is completely awful. They make you feel like you are in the worst motel.
These ladies need to go and until they are gone I will not return.
Otherwise everything is great.

We stayed for 8 nights over Easter with 3 young children and we found the hotel to be excellent. Very good breakfast buffet, great evening dining, a fabulous restaurant located just outside the hotel near slopes. The spa area was lovely, and great masseurs. Wonderful childcare for young children who also skied all day. They didn't want to leave. A great holiday.
