Even it looks much better from outside, It is a big hotel, with good structure and variety of accessories. Staff is not particularity kind, but with a little bit of persistence you will get what you want. Internet access is bad. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but ready for renovating. Offer of good is great, but the taste is variable and not so good as it looks like.

Hotel is placed far away from the center of Vienna, and it is not cost effective to be there without your own transportation, but it could be advantage if the reason for visiting hotel is connected with some conference or similiar event. Best of all is the fact that hotel is close to the one of the bigger shopping molls in the Europe, which offers a variety of products and brands.
Anyway, hotel could be better, especially in way of kindness. If you go there to visit Vienna it is not recommendable, but if you need stop on your long trip, or to be close to Vienna, it is average, and probably acceptable relation between price and services it provides.

Very green location on south of Vienna (Vosendorf). Good for spent a night or two. The bigest Shopping Center in Vienna (SCS) is just accross the Hotel (cca 300 m). Excelent connection to Vienna centar (local speed tram and BUS). You will need aprox. 30 min to reach the Centar of Vienna. Hotel use to be a 4 star but now it's require a renovation. The hotel is clean and big. Rooms are fine, clean. Furniture is old and poor quality. Beds are very confortable. Service is average. There is a Spa but, honestly, I didn't been there 'cause I've spent only two nights in this hotel. Breakfast is OK.

I stayed here for two days and I didn't like it from the start. Although the rooms are quite clean and spacious, the beds are not so great, not very comfortable to sleep in. Also there was something wrong with the window, it couldn't close properly so the wind was blowing through all night (very annoying). If you're planning to eat breakfast, you better wake up early, if you come at eight o'clock there's probably a chance you won't have anywhere to seat or to eat. Don't even try to eat at the hotel restaurant, the pasta I ordered was so overcooked and tasteless, I barely touched it. My advice: choose another hotel!!!

Good location if you're traveling by car to Wien using Autobahns A2 or A1, and don't want to sleep in a city.

Big and crowded hotel - especially if you're staying on a weekend, the staff is answering like "yes" or "no" and not giving open answers, breakfast is not included and your have to pay something like 10,-Eur extra.

But the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, variety of food during the breakfast is also great.
