This hotel is very worn, and the furniture look old. The bathroom is ok, but looked a bit dirty, due to stains and marks. The staff at reception was really ignorant and not serviceminded att all. They also tried to bill us 30 Eur for a bus that cost 13:50 when going to Loro parque-which was a really good excursion, by the way. You can/must book the cheaper coach at the reception as well, so they know the different prices. Be sure not to return your pooltowel as normal, it will cost 2,5 eur if you want a new. There is no sign saying this, but it can be read in the map in your room. One pooltowel for one week is, not ok. The cleaning ladies were all very nice and did a good job though. It seems like this hotel is trying to make money from everything, and dont bother with good service or guest relations. We stayed at this hotel for work, and there is free wi-fi in the basement. But otherwise,this is not a good place for work. The poolarea is not a calming or quiet place. Breakfast is good,with plenty of choices of hot and cold selections. I guess 80-90% of the clients are families with small children, and I admit that it was very well catered for those. This hotel is a 2-3 star in my opinion. If you want personal service or helpful staff- Don't stay here. (And the food at the hotel restaurants was below average)

Stayed here for a week last September through Thomas cook. I have never been on a four hour flight and after 2 hours be finally served a drink then when asked for another to be told by cabin crew "no! We are going on our break now" and disappear for 30 mins behind a curtain. Only 15 mins from airport which is good, the reception looks like nando's, staff very friendly and made us some spagetti bolognese at 10pm specially for us, well we thought that til spegetti bolognese was on the menu every night, and lunch and come to think of it breakfast too.Hotel is spotless, the rooms are nice, all inclusive drinks are great. Must admit they really do look after the kids with the shows and the entertainers, they were hilarious in the evening time, they would flirt with you. The biggest complaint was the quiz where we felt we were cheated out of a point but the lad who does the quiz and bingo is great, every time it's 50 he screams 5 - 0!! .. It's genius. One negative I got my trainers stolen and kept bumping into this moaning scouse couple who always went out for a kebab each night and claimed he'd spent 2 grand each night. We would not return because the adeja gran is in another league but we still had a great time.

When travelling charter in the winter this is our childrens favourite hotel, and two of the reasons are the mascots; Lollo & Bernie.

The hotels has a good location, close to the beach and the walking promenade which is fantastic. You can walk to Los Christianos or La Caleta (beautiful village with good fishrestaurants) in the opposite direction.

Good standard of the hotel appartments and common areas, beautiful pool area, nice restaurants and a lot of entertainment (Scandinavian) and sports happening.

The resort has it all: it's clean, it has a good location, the pool area is nice, the restaurants are decent, kids have a lot to do etc. We did enjoy our holiday but still there was something missing: maybe it's that if I want to speak Swedish, I go to Stockholm and not the Canary Islands. Maybe it's the same Ikea furniture than back home, I don't know.

It may not be fair to expect more local touch in this area in general, but that was what I would like to have experienced. However, if you want home-like, low-effort holiday with good selection of amenities, then this is definitely your place.
