We travelled here for a week last july, booked half board 1 bedroom apartment. Like previously mentioned, it turned out to be a studio but was fine although I wasn't too keen about one of the children sleeping on floor level due to any night-time visitors who may appear (cockroaches). We did see a couple in our apartment and I think this was due to the fact that we were on the entrance level to the hotel, think you would be fine if on a higher floor.
The pools were fine although I wouldn't rely on the lifeguard who didn't seem to notice when any younger children got out of their depth - quite hard when you were in too deep as it sloped quite quickly and was slippy due to suncream probably. You are better off sticking to the single depth pool with little ones.
The food was ok although again repetitive, there were supposed to be different themes during the week but apart from the barbecue, it was hard to tell the difference. What was quite good was that it seemed to be halfboard plus so your wine, beer or soft drinks at dinner were included.
We ate at the restaurant next to the hotel one night for a change and although the adults meals were fine, kids were usual fast food and it was expensive for what it was (main courses only for 2 adults, 2 children, 1 bottle wine about 75 euros).
The entertainment team were good in particular the girls had really good voices, boys not so much! There was a high percentage of other nationalities staying but I like that and my girls became friendly with a couple of girls from Holland.
I noticed at the time we were staying there that although there were some people on all inclusive you didn't get the usual people starting to drink alcohol straight after their breakfasts, although on the last 2 days there were some groups who had arrived who did just that - was glad I hadn't booked for 2 weeks.
The hotel was kept clean and the maids worked hard but I think it needs to be refurbished shortly - the entertainment area inside was slightly dingy.
I am looking for a holiday at the moment and did consider Sunwing but have decided to go elsewhere as I wouldn't want to stay for 2 weeks although the resort is somewhere that I would visit again.
