Just had a week here with my Husband, Jan 10th.
Great Location, as 5 min walk to the Beach and Shops are 2 min walk.
Beautiful Waterfall & Pools, Bar on top of the Waterfall and Sunbathed on the Roof, which is Hotter !!
The Porter took us to the dining room at 1.30am upon arrival ! for water and nicely presented selection of ham/ cheese/ bread which was good as we were thirsty and hungry. A Nice Gesture after travelling.

The food was excellent, very clean Restaurant, NO Cockroaches to be seen !!
Great Room, very clean and on floor 8 [the top ] had a nice view of the sea and mountains,
Good Drink selection, including water to take to your room.
Take a kettle etc if you like a cuppa when you get up !!
Good Hairdryer and bathroom was lovely. Used the blanket at night as felt alittle chilly.
Lots of lovely areas to relax and Sunbathe. Enjoyed the Yoga by the pool too !!
Was lovely to go out down to the beach area at night, so close.
Had a Great Holiday but our only complaint was the evening Entertainment- Awful .
Animals- Dogs, Birds, Acrobats, on stage. The Piano Bar was like an Afternoon Tea Dance, ok if you are 60 years plus !!! So we went out most evenings !! So glad did not have far to walk !!
Would like to return as Great Hotel/ Location.

I had mixed feelings having booked the holiday and then reading the reviews on this website.
Hotel staff were all excellent; rooms large and cleaned and made up to very high standard... no cockroaches spotted on the whole visit.
I travelled with my two young children and my parents and they all had a great time.
The entertainments team were fabulous and my daughter in particular had a fabulous time at the mini discos.... The adult evening entertainment was really good with the exception of a couple of acts - parrot and snake show (fine but not my own taste).
The food was great and the restaurant staff very helpful.
Hotel is a bit tired in places and would benefit from some refurb.
The only downside was the requirement to wear a coloured plastic bracelet.

Very slow check in. Waited more than 30 minutes and only three people in front of us, this really does needs streamlining. However everything else went well afterwards. Room extremely comfortable, excellent public areas, friendly staff. Food in restaurant could be better, but is acceptable. Hotel is in excellent location within Costa Adeje. Will we stay again on balance ? - yes, definitely.

Check in was quick and hassle free got a safe at the same time (thanks for advice on previous reviews). Was allocated floor 7 block f which seemed a long walk at the time as it is a big hotel. The room was spacious enough for our needs and looked over the 2nd floor pool so although i dont like heights the pool level broke it up. We got the sun on our balcony all afternoon. After initially going from reception to our room we soon found stairs and either used them or took the lift to level 5 and then the lift/stairs to level 0 which was the ground floor/pool level and walked across to the restaurant. The food was lovely and plentiful (there must be something for every palate unless you are extremely fussy !). Really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be returning next New Year. Maria
