the hotel has cottages and between 4 cottages you have your private lagoon to swim . the cottage are fully self contained with kitchenette,laundry facilities,cutlery crockery.

each cottage has 4 bedrooms so its a greatest family holiday you can have.the hotel is close to the happening places of north goa within a walking distance

and what more -the beach is only 5 min walk from the hotel. The food especially the sea id to die for.

the hotel is capable of organizing tours to all the popuplar torist sites in goa

I went to Goa with my family. I decided on Clarks Exotica after reading previous reviews. Really, the place was just next to Taj Fort Aguada, just 3-4 min walk.

There are almost 50 villas out of which most of them are sold and some are kept by Clarks Innn.
We booked a 3 bedroom villa. The staff gave us the villa just next to the pool (it was like, we had a private pool). The room were decent. It was just like we are staying in our home. The kitchen was fully equipped, with all the amenities one can think of. So, my advice is just buy the groceries, and you can prepare meals when you do not feel you wanna go out to a restaurant.

I also checked out the 4-Bedroom Villa with private pool... and it was awesome.... Just try it if you can...

The concerning aspect of the place was, there was nothing nearby, so you need to have a rented bike/car always with you in case you want to go out to have food. Breakfast at the restaurant was Just Okay. We stayed there for 6 days, and we were really bored with the breakfast after 2 days, as the dishes were always repeated. Tried ordering food first day but it was pathetic. Please do not try.....

The staff was helpful. Overall, i can recommend this place to anyone who is traveling with a group of friends or family. Its a nice place.. Will definitely go again with my family.

We booked this hotel for an extended weekend stay in Goa mainly because of its ratings, location and kind of stay options and it is really unique.

We have stayed at many hotels over the years, often luxury ones with impeccable details and fantastic designs. Price-wise Aquada Anchorage is on par with these better-class hotels. But the comparison fails: Aquada Anchorage is not a luxury place, yet, its unique in its own way. It has some really nice Villa's which are furnished to fulfill a whole family's requirements for whole week and more. It has all the facilities that might be required by a family during their visit to Goa.

The villa offered to us was spacious, had ample parking, well furnished, nice big balconies and was well furnished. It had everything right from Washing machine to dishwasher to a Iron and almost everything that you might require after a visit to a beach.

The housekeeping was good and they really maintained the place well. So was the room service, they were generous enough to offer whatever we wanted to eat be it on the menu or off the menu that too once after the kitchen was closed they were more than happy to serve what we wanted.

We had guests and they were accommodated very well by them and again taken good care of by the whole staff.

The restaurant staff was very courteous and usually the F&B manager used to come and visit the guests to make sure everything is alright. The food served was very good which included a nice spread of buffet breakfast.

This said, there is nothing wrong with the facilities. The room we had was spacious and pretty, the breakfast is good and the distance to the beach is just 3 minutes. The gardens are large and relaxing – one where you really don’t mind spending an afternoon or two with a good book.

And as many people have written before. Aquada Anchorage is a place you would definitely come back to and recommend to your friends. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant!!!

We found the property very comfortable and staff was very helpful. Its a short walk from the beach. The villas are tastefully designed with kitchen, washing machine etc. Our villa had a pool right in front of us. We stayed in a three bedroom villa. The staff organised a self drive car which was very convenient.
